Hunting Property assumes no responsibility and shall not be held liable for any accidents, injuries, or damages that may occur during the use of the Property listed on our website.

* a. Only individuals with a valid and current SSAA membership or Firearms license are allowed to use the Property for hunting purposes.

* b. Access to the Property is granted solely for hunting activities and is not transferable or assignable.

* b. Firearms must be handled responsibly, and hunters are required to wear appropriate safety gear.

* Permitted Game:

* Indemnification:

* a. Hunters agree to indemnify and hold harmless the property owner and/or manager from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from their use of the Property.

* a. The property owner reserves the right to amend or update these terms and conditions at any time. Hunters will be notified of any changes.
